DENVER, COLORADO

Ranch, rebuilt around olive oil.

A refrigerated ranch project using olive oil, pasteurized egg yolk, cultured dairy and classic herbs—without soybean or canola oil.

No product is currently offered for sale. Launch depends on 2027 Colorado implementation, registration, training, testing, insurance, and state/local guidance.

Taste first

The target is classic restaurant ranch, not olive-oil aioli. The formula remains under technical and sensory development.

Clear ingredients

Olive oil, commercially pasteurized egg yolk, cultured dairy, vinegar, lemon and familiar seasonings. Final ingredients will be printed on every package.

Cold-chain serious

The proposed pilot uses sealed cups, lot traceability, temperature logging, physical allergen labels and a recall-ready operating plan.

PROPOSED PILOT

Direct producer sales, hosted by a restaurant.

The first proposed format is a sealed 2-ounce cup sold directly by the producer. A participating restaurant would provide approved monitored refrigeration and a narrow package-handoff role. It would not make, open, portion or use the ranch as restaurant food.
